Mike and I have been looking through the pages of ASweetLife recently and commenting on how much weve grown and changed since the early days of the site. One of the things thats noticeably different is our stand on carbs. We went from eating healthful, whole grain carbs to almost totally cutting out carbs. When did that happen? I asked Mike.
