Beef Were using lean beef, but you can buy a fattier beef and just drain the excess grease.

Sauce This low carb bacon cheeseburger casserole gets a creamy sauce made from cream cheese, reduced or no sugar added ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt.
Egg Seems weird in a cheeseburger casserole, but the egg holds everything together and adds extra protein and helps keep you full. This low carb casserole could also be considered a quiche, if you want to get technical.
Cheese We sprinkle plenty of shredded cheddar over the top.
Third Step: Start Layering Into The Casserole Dish
Once your ground beef is seasoned with taco seasoning, you are ready to start layering it into the casserole dish.
First place taco meat, making sure it covers the whole base of the casserole dish.
On top of that goes sour cream.
Using a spatula, spread the sour cream so it is fully covered.
As a third layer goes shredded cheese which has been granted just before.
As you see, I have used a mixture of cheddar cheese and mozzarella, but it depends on you what type of cheese you will pick.
Make sure the cheese mixture is fully spread onto the casserole.
